I've been writing for a while, but I stopped for about a year. I didn't realize how much I missed writing until I started again. It was like I could let all of my pain and emotion flow out on paper. The ink was like my blood, and I spilled the contents of my veins on the paper until I felt human again.

*it's been almost 7 months since I was last on here. I can't believe I stopped writing. I need to..I can feel the words desperately trying to spill. My boyfriend and I have had some rough patches...so I'm sure plenty of my poems will be about him. I'm also trying to play around with less serious writing...Funny poems are fun to read, should be fun to write, too.*
