I am just a little bitty teenager
myself, but when I hear the word,
"teenager", I think
automatically of rock, punk
clothes, hair in the eyes, skinny
jeans, and low cut tops. And I can
not see myself in that category.
And then when I hear the word
"adult", I see myself. In
blouse tops, appropriate jeans,
boots, sophisticated haircut, and
light makeup. I think since I've
grown, I see myself more as an
adult than a teenager. And that is
exactly how I expect to be treated.


My taste in
everything is different than most
every teenager that I know. I love
the classics in music. Reba
McEntire is one of my favorites.
But I absolutely, to no end, adore
Dolly Parton. She might look cheap,
but she's got the richest heart
I've ever seen. She's extremely
humble. I love Patsy Cline, Barbara
Mandrell, Linda Davis, and Minnie
Pearl. I just got into listening to
these ladies on their days in The
Grand Ol Opry. I absolutely with
all of my heart loathe rap,
R&B, pop, and any dirty music
played on the radio. I refuse to
even consider listening to one of
those dirty songs. I like clean
music with a message.


I really love reading. Just this
week alone, I read Gone With the
Wind, Tuck Everlasting, and re-read
Reba McEntire's autobiography. I
have a passion for books. That
sounds totally boring, I know
right.


Right now, I just have a really bad
writer's block. Very, very bad. And
I can't write. It's not that I
won't, it's that I just absolutely
can not. I want to badly, but my
mojo has slipped again. And now,
it's going to be a long time before
it comes back.
