Never Returning

by HeadLocked

I walk trying to met the end,
It's never ending as though it seems,
I wonder what I'll meet,
Clueless to the thought of everything,
I am frightened again.

Something; something is following me,
And again, I'm left clueless,
If only it was a star; guardian angel,
Atleast something with a positive feeling,
Rushed body with adrenaline.

Ultimately worst kind of feeling;
I'm praying and screaming,
I want to be heard, can you hear me?
My beating heart fell out,
My god, I'm chasing after it.

Running from a dark outline thing,
Am I too lost to be saved?
Please, just please leave me alone,
I'll do good here on out, promises made,
I promise, oh I promise.
