This is my design

by Tyrell Harris   Apr 6, 2014

A design of man who force into the shadows
ignored and beaten by silence words
looked at like a dusty tool in workshop
waiting to be properly used and cared for
months slides by in this illusion relationship
but as the months os fluttering away
the man asked himself if he's to blame
for her distance, her distraction, her lost of focus
or is he not her main attraction in this play
anger build inside along with sadness
his words use to reach miles to her heart
but to only to talk to a photograph
this design in the man's head
is not pleasant, nor calm
irrational, concerned, rage
a design not made by me
but made by inspiration that manifest it
that person who see the world the same
but beautifully blinded by the grimm reality
her masterpiece is being painted
but has no knowledge of doing so
the man poses as a model and holds on to her everything word
to only decay right before her eyes
the heart turns rotten, dying from lack of attention
but he holds on strong and waits patiently
to give the artist a chance to focus
he imagine the worst pain he could feel
to replace to interactions of the artist
he feels like his throat was cut open
placed inside is a neck of cello
so she would play a symphony
he still has faith that she open her eyes
before he becomes a just another paint to her portrait
this was my design but no more
what I've become now
is a man on his own 2 feet
fighting for what he has left
my design is to move forward with that person
and not to be put on hold
