The Colors Of Rape

by Dominique Lewis   Apr 22, 2014

Purple:

For the days that went by with the bruises still on my skin from you holding on so tight.

Yellow:

For the urine you left on me when you were drunk in that dark alley behind the bar.

Red:

For the blood you caused to flow from the wounds you made on my flesh with that shiny wicked blade.

Pink:

For that baby girl that I couldn't keep from the sperm you left inside.

Black:

For the darkness that has consumed my once loving heart.

Blue:

For that ocean you drowned me in when no one was around, to get rid of the mistake you made.
