Guardian of Darkness

by Rob   Nov 25, 2014

Deep in the forest She spreads Her wings,
It is dark there and a mist fills the skies,
A place where thousands of ferries,
Haunt all those who came here and died...

She's known as the Guardian of Darkness,
In a world that is now painted black,
Where dreams can take you places,
And you will never, ever come back...

The demon that lives deep inside of Her,
Gives credence to all cryptic tales,
Where the living are cast so far away,
In coffin's sealed with long rusty nails...

Darkness now knows no boundaries,
All thoughts of escape now a bliss,
It's gone far past everything normal,
Your fate sealed with one final kiss....

The beast within Her a fortress,
Where frightened souls flee in violent screams,
There is no way to escape this nightmare,
Here nothing is as it seems...

You were warned that you shouldn't come here,
But you were just like all the rest,
Seeking lust in all the forsaken ways,
In the desires of the flesh...

Terror has taken an evil turn,
As you reached for Her soft pale skin,
But the ferries that are there to protect Her,
Bite you again and again and again...

Blood starts to flow from your open wounds,
The ferries just watch as you bleed,
For its true if you don't understand them,
You will die in the forest of trees...

Never walk alone in the darkness,
In the forest of evil and death,
The Guardian of Darkness will take you,
In to the realms of the final abyss...
