The Evil Kiss

by Rob   Feb 2, 2015

There is a myth among the tales told,
Where when the sun has finally set,
For those who believe in the Ferries,
They will lead you to your final breath...

Darkness again rears its ugly head,
As their evil makes stories to tell,
Under the shadows of the dying pines,
In the forest they call the depths of hell...

Some will come but most don't leave,
Will you become just like the rest,
Who came here looking for pleasure,
Only to find the Ferries are death...

It is an eerie kind of loneliness,
And it is hard to see through the fog,
Those who escape know it all to well,
That all things here can go very wrong...

There are so many ways to get in here,
But there is only one way that you'll leave,
And you had better have left a note,
For those who will morn you and grieve...

There are some who will hide in the darkness,
With blackened hair, painted nails and their clothes,
Who think that the Ferries won't see them,
But its your fear that leaves the scent that they know...

Romance takes a backseat to pleasure,
The kiss of death glistens deep on their lips,
You should have heeded her cries,
But you still seek one final kiss...

You can now feel the pain inflicted on you,
As the dance in the night starts to take place,
And you know the end is near,
As the blood runs down your face...

My Gothic Girl I will miss you,
Always know that you were the one,
The Ferries have fed off my flesh,
But my time on this earth is now done...
