Fallen Demon

I am a fallen angel,
Fouled by regret and hate,
My white wings torn and burned,
The fire of this heart,
Extinguished by deceit,
My body tied to mortal death,
I am a rising demon,
Revived by a new burning fire,
My wings black webs and smoke,
The heart is gone and still,
Taken by the Reaper,
My body branded and bloody.
