Darkness and the Beast

by Rob   Jul 10, 2015

A virulent soul with a stoned cold heart,
A hired gun who brought lives to an end,
No remorse for the countless executions,
Sentenced to death and the darkness he transcends...

Left hanging there swaying in the Gallows,
His corpse decomposing in the sun,
Fate finally caught up with this demon,
The terror in the darkness has begun...

The multitude who gathered have vanished away,
Their expectations were finally achieved,
Not one of them shed a single tear,
There is not one of them who grieved...

The beyond is not what was expected,
And there is no way of going back,
Death reigns there in that darkened place,
Sealed in pure and platinum black...

Comprehension there is so far gone,
Distorted by screams, the moans and abyss
He knows the Beast is coming for him,
The Beast will arise from the crypt...

The stench in the dark viciously pungent,
It reeks strong of decaying flesh,
In this place that has no limits nor light,
And everything here stands as a threat...

Now as the Beast stands before him,
And has the inferno and rage in its eyes,
The Beast standing tall with its trident,
The final terror of the ultimate demise...

Just how long is the infinite darkness,
That entombs the soul's of the dead,
This assassin on the run finally sentenced,
This darkness is everything he will dread...

The Beast leads him into the fiery bliss,
A fathomless valley so hot it burns white,
Welcome to the playground of the Beast,
The ultimate welcome and end to ones life...

A soul consumed by his hatred,
No negotiation with darkness and death,
Forever you will burn in the darkness,
And never again will you rest...
