"When I gazed in my beer, sure enough a happy critter was doing the backstroke there." - this had me in stitches ken - everyone can relate to this piece.

Thank you both, I always like to add some humor in many of my poems but with this one I went for the whole magila. Hey J I don't like to hug bugs but they do love to hug me! For me, spiders are creepy scary guys, why would one not be afraid of them with their eight blue eyes? Another true fear is when that bug does their swan dive into your beer or when the skeeta buzzes in your ear!

We can all relate to this I think!

This in deed is a change to read something that will make you laugh and smile. Once in a while a good laughter is the best medicine. I really like how you have written this too. A story told without loosing its message with clear pictures and laughter...good one!
