Outspoken

by Linda Leavers

I don't give a damn
I say what's in my head
I'm like an unopened book
Just begging to be read

I am outspoken
And it's no matter to me
It's an honour just to be myself.
To speak proudly.

I say what I want to say
And when I want to say; so go weep.
If you don't like me then, that's too bad
I don't lose one bit of sleep.

Cry over what I've said
It means you have a week heart
If you would have know me many years you'd see
I was outspoken from the start.
