I Am A Golf Ball:

by Scott Cole   May 21, 2015

I Am A Golf Ball
I have a lot of fun,
Just the other day
I hit a hole in one.

I am a Golf Ball
I really get around,
As much as I score
I'm the talk of the town.

I have my sweet spot
But it's hard to find,
If you figure me out
It's a birdie every time.

I don't like the sand
Getting between my toes,
I prefer greenier pastures
That is the idea you know.

Cause if I get up close
Or even next to your hole,
I will hit it every time
Cause that's how I roll.

Choke up on the club
You better play nice,
If I get carried away
You didn't take my advice.

There's eighteen of y'all
I don't need to rush,
Show me your hole in one
And you will be my crush.

Some of y'all are too soft
And some of y'all are hard
So just how much I bounce
Depends how I hit your yard.

I see all your winding curves
They all lead to your cup,
If I can just read you right
I think I can cheer you up.
