Daydreaming:

by Scott Cole   Jun 27, 2015

I see you there
So your no dream,
Your in my imagination
So you can be seen.

And all that I do see
I wish it to come true,
Or maybe even something
That I can't wait to do.

For you'll keep popping
In and out of my thoughts,
So don't blame it on me
Every pixel is your fault.

I know I'm wasting time
I'm getting not a thing done,
But all of this imagination
Sure is a barrel of fun.

You know how I stand
Come alive if you like,
If I could think for you
I would go on strike.

For this here is my brain
And it does need to rest,
Every now and then
To remain at my best.

So when I'm recovering
And relaxing my thoughts,
Stop popping into my head
Causing me memory loss.
