My gal is going with her friends
To share some quality time
They'll probably end up shooting tequila
In a bar not too far from here
But I know my baby too well

She'll jump out on the dance floor
Move like a teenager back in school
I may be mistaken but I doubt I'm wrong
Them pantyhose ain't gonna last too long

You'd think she'd learn her lesson
When she comes home missing her clothes
It doesn't happen with brandy
Or vodka or beer or rum
But she continues to shoot tequila
Until the entire bottle is gone
Her friends will all laugh at her
Because she'll lose a ring in someone's drink
And her shoes on someone's lawn

I love my girl to death I do
She doesn't always go shopping
She doesn't flirt with all the guys
But my bill is still sky high
When I have to replace her clothes
From going out with her friends so oft'
She's gorgeous as a sunrise
