Omg saffie! This is such a beautiful poem! The metaphors here are so great and well written. Here's what I think. Okay I believe the clouds are your eyes and the raindrops are tears. And the tears could be landing on your heart or your cheek. Either one could be considered the sea here. It does make since that it could be your heart. Because of the xylophone line. The xylophone could be your heart beat. I loved the word "sweet" as well because it brings a touch of blithe to a sad filled poem. Anyways. I believe the message is all you want is the world is to listen how much you hurt inside and out or just one person but the world is passing you by. And it's sad how the people with the kindest hearts are always overlooked. Beautiful poem. One of my favorite from you! <3
