A sign of times, perhaps

by Arunansu   Mar 12, 2008

Adept trick of fingers
toss up
clutch and release mottled orbs
in quick succession

Planets keep playing musical chair
globes in transit
fill up each other's place

throughout the parade of seasons
primary colors swirl around

A brilliant azure peeps through
juggling hands

I observe everyone moving
in the same orbit
without collision

a twirling universe
and its object manipulations
make me feel light-headed

I only spin about my own axis

I love your word choice in this one. I found one tweak:

    Planets keep playing musical chair
    Would sound better as "chairs"

Picture painting imagery. Again nicely done!
