The Creed of Honor (pt.1 - Loyalty)

by Jay   Mar 20, 2014

The Creed of Honor saith.
Loyalty never turns it's back on faith.
A continuous spectrum, unhindered by constraints.
Good will positively refutes complaints.
Thicker than blood, requires no oath to bind.
Habitually first to lead, unfailingly the last one left behind.
Limitless in effort, persistence forges a way.
Steadfast merits visible, actions on display.
Vigorous compassion, eager to bend.
Loyalty, the eternal friend.
-Jay Pierce-

In meditation I pondered what qualities I value. Values I feel are innate in order to walk in love. I decided to describe these virtues. Helping me further define who I want to be. These virtues make up The Creed of Honor.
