No more wood

by Everlasting   Apr 24, 2015

Do not throw more wood to that fire,..

Shhh

Hey listen...
the crickets are chirping loud tonight,
the grass is green but it could turn dry
in a blink of an eye
And you know, no rain from God
will pour at this time, the weather's forecasts
say it will be sunny with Rays that kill
the faith out of anyone exposed to this type of heat,
The kind of heat that suffocates any sane man
by just staying outside of the house
for a few minutes..

So please, do not add more wood to that fire...

Please, remember that.

Oh wait, it will rain tomorrow.

I really like how though-provoking every of your piece is, Ms. Lucero (: It's kind of hard to grasp the meaning, but I enjoy interpreting them, although I know most of my interpretations are wrong.. Haha .. So bear with me this time again.. Haha ..

Maybe you were saying by not to throw wood yo the fire anymore is that you must no longer add another spark of something to your sin, or you must not add it or make it burn brighter. Rain that will save us from the hit or the Rays will not come an adding more wood will only worsen the heat. Ahmm .. I like how you suddenly said that it will rain, contradicting the weather forecasts, anyway it is just a prediction. Tomorrow the heat that drives everyone insane will be killed and there are no more woods that can be used to bring back the heat. I like the hope in the end. The rain maybe the grace from God that will save us from the unending heat that the people only makes worse. I enjoyed the read (: Haha ..
