May the people see the light in your eyes,
How much they illuminate our hearts,
As if that light were the stars at night.

May the people see the light in your words,
How much they guide our hearts
As if those words where a lighthouse
For castaways to find a refuge.

May the people see the light in your soul
How enlighten it feels to be by your side,
The world can be seen with other eyes,
The world is illuminated, with you.

May the people see
How mesmerized I am left
As if I were a dying soul
pursuing the heaven's light
