United we stand

by Carla Benser   Aug 10, 2015

Families are sitting around the dinner table, playing in the yard or even putting their children to bed for the night. The children say their "I love yous" and give their parents each a kiss. They all drift into a dream with a smile, but all of sudden their lives are in danger. Their happiness starts to turn i to sadness and their lives are about to change. They can hear the rain hit the roof, the wind whispering into the night and they feel the house start to shake. They grab what they can save, but for some families it was too late. When one states feels alone that is when America pulls together and lends a helping hand. If one state feels heartache, painand sadness, we all feel it too. When we feel alone, we have to remember we are one nation and united we will stand.
