In Divorce

Interestingly
he never reminisces
about his past loves
perhaps they are closed issues
talks of those he never had

    Larry great food for thought.

Marriage is something you should go into with all eyes open because i believe that we learn new things about a person each day no matter how much you think you may know them but sometimes it can leave you blinded and left without anything.

A shirt piece with a lot of in-depth meaning and it makes me ponder if they were ever loves at all but lusts?

Most people think that the grass might seem greener on the other side of the fence and that he will not realise the importance of what he has until he is long gone over that fence and it is too late.
However there is an alternate thought that if your relationship doesn't make you happy no matter how hard you try. Eventually you have to decide whether to stay in a relationship that is mediocre or unhappy or to make the decision to search for the ultimate prize of your one soul mate.
in either case there is no reason to think about past relationships that cause pain or fall short of that dream.
    A thought provoking poem. Millyx

May be they weren't loves but only goals...

some sort of I want this... Now that I have it, now I want something else type of thing?

      Yes, I think the same
But it is sad that what keeps him from being committed to a relationship, especially his marriage, is his inability to appreciate what he has instead of chasing a will-o-the-whisp.
