This is my love song to you Lord

This is my love song to you Lord

How would I know how the flowers grow without seeing the farmers sow?
How would I see the light without the Sun's morning glow, the flowers delight, the Moon's soft light, something special in a lover's night?

Does a baby's cry make the Angel's sigh? How would I know when death occurs and mourning is neigh, at the Tomb of his friend Jesus did cry.

For me you make the Sun to shine by day and the Moon to light my way at night, for I am the apple of your eye, your souls delight.

Your plans for me are good for I am made in your own Image and not just a piece of wood.
You awake me with the early morning Sun, the dew sparkles on the Roses, the birds in the bird bath are having fun.

You remind me that my home and everything I own is on a loan and when I die, with others they will lie.
But I will have treasure that will not fade away, it is reserved for me beyond today!

If you hear me singing as I walk by, give me a wink and I'll know why.

Thanks Ben, I never forgot and have repeated the powerful words of Saint Francis of Assisi (My wife visited his house when she went to Italy) He said; Always preach the Gospel and when possible use words!
