Masks

by Arunansu   Dec 30, 2007

I appear distorted in my mirror.

My exterior
senses the growing need
of cleansing me,
inside out.

Inside pleads,
"Hush!
Keep hidden agendas secret,
between you and me"

My inner Me,
Your inner You,
our apparels in between.

Inward faces
remain unseen to each other,

on either side
of our outward show.
