Red

Apple saddened cried
Red, Red beauty now holed
-"Oh sweet mother tree
why has the worm flawed me."
-"Oh Red, Red beauty but can't you see?"
"Thou pluck blessing
from thy messing."
"From your Red glee
their bellies be free
and you shall seed into me."

    Judging Comment:

An interesting and creative write by the author.
The writer has used the concept of a mother and child
to bring out the feelings of a saddened apple and its
plight; with the tree (the mother) as a guide. I also like
the language used here which makes the read more
    effective. Well written!

What a very creative little poem this is. I like the idea of the red apples, and the tree, and the mother/child concept of the poem. And also, your language choice of the older English is well used, it adds more character to your poem.

    Well done
