LOVE this poem Dagmar, I have missed you so very much! The title does an excellent job to incorporate the poem. Though a tree may seem old and rotten even, it really is wise. This also could be a metaphor about your whole life. Though you may seem old, that just makes you wiser than ever.

I believe there should be a comma after the first line because it does not go well continuing into the first line, but otherwise lovely poem. 5/5. Xo

Trees are indeed strong in nature and character! They battle all the seasons and storms and still stand strong. They may loose leaves and glamour but still stand strong.

Here lies another valuable lesson for us humans. No matter the storms we face and the results that come, we have to be strong and keep on going.

A simple poem with a meaningful message!
