Baby cupid shot me with an arrow
i watched the blood ooz out
and felt the the warmth its presence as it trickled down my chest
the crimson made me weak at first
dizzy and confused
And when i came to realize i was falling
I became strong
cupid watched as i fell into your trance
he watched as you healed my wound
wiped off the blood that was beginning to paint my stomach
You grabbed the arrow baby and
broke the stained red wood
TO show me that i'll forever be yours
And when i went to hug you
on your back i found
the scarlet stain
I looked at my finger tips then down
to ground where i saw
not one but two broken cupid arrows
TO show that you would forever be mine as well
and to the sky i looked
there floated cupid with tear filled sapphire eyes
Alone he was
because who needs cupid when i have you
