SHE

by Hidden1   Feb 14, 2008

She broke your heart.
Your joy, happiness, and peace she stole.
She was the breath that you breathed,
For she lived deeply within your soul.
Her heart beat was yours,
Her pains you felt.
She was your dreams at night,
Your fresh morning dew.
Seeing her made your day,
Only she couldn't fully love you.

You did all you could to shield her from all pains.
You planned the rest of your life with her in mind.
For her you would've moved all of space, heaven, and even paused time.
You even asked her if she would have your last name.
She agreed to weather all the storms with you.
Sooner or later the tides became too high and over took the both of you.

For love there was nothing you wouldn't do.
Only you wanted to be loved back and that was something she didn't do. You wanted someone to take time out and see about you.

To give you heart away, you will never do again.
To love another so hard is now impossible for you to do.
You will never risk your all and her not love you.
Only the love for her is still in you.
Your emotions you try to hide.
In time you will heal and whole you will be inside.
