Broken

Tears are running from my eyes,
kiss me.
shallow, sweet goodbyes.

a distant shatter deep inside,
save me.
bitter, broken lies.

a thousand pieces of my heart,
heal me.
memories, torn apart.

take me from this nightmare world,
wake me.
lonely, broken girl.

    This was really good. I liked the rhyming, and the meaning behind the piece. Though, I do wish it were a bit longer, but meh. Still a good poem.

    I thought it was a cute poem. Short, but sweet. I really like the last verse. I read it as one, and it really read well. I guess I really enjoyed the rhyme in that one. Clever.
