You don't have to tell me you love me, but you do. You don't have to buy me big and expensive gifts on Valentines Day, this is true. You don't have to continuously complement my hair or my outfits, but you you think that you do. You don't have to defend my honor, but you do. You don't have to listen to me when i call you in tears, but you do. You don't have to be my Hero, but you are. You don't have to stay up all hours of the night holding and talking to me, but you do. You don't have to remember my favorite color, movie, and silly cartoons and commercials, but you do. You don't have to keep bragging about my smile, but you do. You don't have to kiss me ever so passionately, but you do. You don't understand that you do not have to do any of these things to prove you love me....All it takes is one of your Simple Kisses on My Forehead, While i sleep, or while your hold me..and that tells me all i need to know. |

I would have enjoyed this more if it was in stanza form because it would have a great flow. I liked the title though :]

All that you wrote is true...the person you love doesnt need so many "material" things to show you they love you. Because with the simplest thing they do for you, that tells you everything...you're a very good writer, and i like the way you write your poems...This one will be one of my favorites!

OMG!!! This is so sweet and I love how he just reaffirms that his love for you is true and that he doesn't mind going th e extra mile for you. I also dig how you let him know that it doesn't take muich, just his sweet hugs and kisses to you mean so much. This is a precious poem, just make sure he feels the same level of love and intesity from you as well.
