It was very sweet, and I'm sure meaningful for you to write this poem dedicated to her. You did a wonderful job with it, and even before I knew who it was dedicated to and so on, I realized it has a LOT of emotion in it. Even if that emotion was sad, it's still good to have that in a poem.
