Open your eyes

Open your eyes
see through the lies,
we must rise
and not meet our demise.

we're a people full of fear,
the truths we must hear,
the end is near
from ignorance we must steer.

open our eyes
hear the angels cry,
we must not be shy,
we must spread our wings and fly

lets raise our voice,
we have the choice.
lets make some noise,
our minds are not toys

we must see past,
the lies wont last,
the truth we got to grasp,
we need change fast

so many lies within,
so many people in sin,
the world is at an end,
we must shed our old skin,

wake up and see,
there is more to be,
no more we shall bleed,
we shall not be deceived

stand up with our fists,
its time to resist,
our words wont be missed,
peace is our final wish....

this poem addresses all the lies in the world and society, how easily it is for our leader and people with power to decieve us. so many lies in this world...and theres too many to address and i just kinda wanted to write a poem that addresses all of them. if we open our eyes and really see whats going on....we may have a chance but with how things are going now days...its seems like the end is near
