Dedication to jamie (repost)

by Lollypop   Mar 20, 2008

I take a tissue,
Wipe the tears away,
I finally stop crying.
Straiten up, it will be okay.
But how can I say this, when there's so much pain?
So much lost,
And nothing more to gain?
She was taken from her home.
She was only ten.
The man who killed her,
Did he even know her then?
Did he know that little girl?
Feel her pain as she died?
How could one be so heartless?
Now I am burning inside.
She was so innocent,
I never would have guessed
That murderers walk down the street
Of the innocent, and blessed.
I can't believe she's gone,
Never to return.
And he'll get his final judgment
When it's HIS turn to burn.

*This is dedicated to my my cousin Jamie.
