The Punk and The Goth

by thing3   Apr 10, 2008

Boy and girl meet at party,
Boy and girl hit it off
'what a weird combination'
They said. 'a Punk and a Goth!'

'it'll never last' they said
But boy and girl proved them wrong.
And 5 months down the line
Punk and Goth were going strong

We loved each other too much,
Nothing could get in our way,
So please tell me why on the
Sixth month, you had the cheek to say.

'you're an amazing girl.
I don't want to lose you.
But I'm too young and confused.
I don't know what to do!'

'your something different,
And I know your going through
Troubled times, and you need my support,
But I feel I'm not giving it to you.'

I, the Goth, pleaded,
You were scaring me.
Ffs! I started crying!
Look what you've done to me!

'I'm so stressed. I need fun
Not commitment at my age.
I'm not blaming you.'
Then my pleading turned to rage.

Yes the Goth loved the Punk,
The Punk loved the Goth,
But now the Punk was starting
To piss the Goth off.

I said nothing about commitment!
And you are blaming me!
You sound so selfish!
'but babe don't you see...'

Don't call me babe...
Yes I still love you
I cant stop that
But what we gonna do?

It ended there,
The Punk had to go
The Punk and Goth are still together
Will it last? We just don't know...

So now I ask the public,
We're so desperate for advice
But please don't judge the young Goth and Punk
Who just got caught in Love's vice...
