Downward Spiral of Cutting.

by PoisonousChick   Apr 11, 2008

Her memories consume,
With her feelings of shame.
When she re-opens another wound,
and picks herself apart again.

Bleeding her arms out,
Wanting somewhere to belong.
She covers the scars up,
And denies something is wrong.

You all assume she's safer in her room,
But she's not in a good place.
She needs a friend to trust and talk to,
Not to slash her face!

Her scars scream "help me!"
But we all say she's insane.
Suffering in pain,
Her tears stream down like rain.

She paints her blood on the walls
And thinks she's the one at fault.
A fight she fights again,
This pattern has to come to a halt.
