Her Complexion

by Ian Robert   Apr 14, 2008

You know some days I think back and regret
All the sweat I wasted over you
Another tear down the drain
Quit doing drugs so how do I cope with the pain

It's insane my brains breaking
I miss how it was before we began faking
You used up yours now its mine I'm taking
The little bit of dignity thats here, so goodbye

Sigh and breathe out
Doubt myself, I'm so not the kind of guy
Sits back wondering why
Hes even still alive, sleeve to heart

Dripping out the wrong direction
Your reflection is burned deep
My mind is only a holding cell
For your complexion
