My new swing on a classic

Roses are red
and violets are blue
honey is sweet
but not as sweet as you

poetry is written,
created by a romantic.
heart beating hard,
you drive my mind frantic

words flow easily,
formed with complete care.
creating imagery
that brings you right back her

love for you is strong
the rest of me is weak.
our future is promising
though the present may b bleak

roses are red
and violets are blue
if you remember anything
let it be that our love is true

    Wow. this is amazing! seriously anyone would like faint if this were written for them - its gorgeous! i am adding this to my favorites right now - seriously this as good the lyrics of i want to hold your hand, as far as love poems go, and thats saying A LOT
