To Inspire

by Extinct Angel   May 12, 2008

My poems meant to inspire
To spark that internal fire
To turns one persons life around
Never better to be lost than found

If only I helped one life
To stray away from the knife
My mission would be completed
The less life would be depleted

The more you can enjoy
Even when people find me coy
I guess I'll never understand
Why feelings like mine are banned

I only I could sit and visit
Maybe then life would be exquisite
Better to rebuild than to break
Never hide nor be fake

Please come from behind the mask
Saving you my only only task
I will stand and bear the day
To keep you from going away

Life is never dull
Take the gun from your skull
Do you not remember loves kiss
Please don't draw that razor to your wrist

Inside deep down you hurt
But Death and Life should never flirt
All life needs is collaboration
Even If I'm not your inspiration

Yet again another amazin poem so well written. Your diversity in poetry is well shown in this piece as well as the piece before.
I like the fact that this has a message behind it of hope that can mend any fallen path. Excellent work my friend.
