My favorite lines, you sure brought such happiness and joy in this write, and I could see this whole scene going on in my mind. Great work, really thought this one was awesome! Keep writing, always and forever...

What a wonderful time of year. I thouroughly enjoy it. I think you have done a great job of bringing the joys of summer to poetic form. In my opinion I would eliminate the repetition of the back to back words.

Possibly change the first word to Vibrant, bright or some other descriptive word for colors.
