I Miss You

by MadisonMetamorphosis   Jun 6, 2008

Sitting in a McDonalds,
staring off in space.
Babe, I've got you on my mind,
you can see it on my face.

I've been thinking about you lately,
more than I ever have before.
I miss hearing you say,
"Baby, I love you more."

I miss the way
you would hold my hand.
I miss the jokes
noone could understand.

I miss the way
you would kiss me when I was talking.
I miss the way
you would hug me when I was walking.

I miss those nights,
with your family on the boat.
But above all,
there is one thing I most the most.

The things I miss the most,
are the small things that made me push you away.
Now the only two times I miss you,
are every night, and every day.
