Friends

Friends come
And they go
They turn into people
We no longer know

Friends lie
And they leave
Forever is just something
They let you believe

They follow your through the years
Of all your tears and pain
Then they follow a different road
And they're never the same

Friends laugh
Friends cry
Friends sometimes
Hurt you inside

Friends are pretend
Only few are real
You think there the only one
Who knows how you feel

They answer every call
They talk to you all day
Then when you most need them
They turn and walk away...

(yes not very good I know, it's meant to have the two short then one longer one thing, it wasn't meant to be greatly detailed or using words you've never heard of before, it was me just writing about someone actually and kinda what happened briefly to me with someone who was my best friend, we simply went down different roads and I guess even though I thought our friendship was strong enough to withhold that change, it obviously wasn't)
