A Drop In A Bucket.

by Spoken Silence   Jun 20, 2008

A drop in a bucket cannot create a flood,
Nor can it refresh the dehydration.
But a drop in a bucket is a far fetched dream.

Just like putting problems in a basket,
You take back yours as I take mine.
A drop in a bucket cannot change.

In this world we live,
We take and we take.
But what can we give back?

Putting this one single drop in this bucket,
Never to be returned can change.
If we just drop one single drop,
We can together make a change.

So drop your tears into a bucket,
Share your pain with all who live.
For we have to make a better world for our children.
Share your drops in a bucket.

This reminds me of that song 'High hopes', all about whether an ant can move a rubber tree plant. One cannot, but with enough enough friends working together that ant can move the world!!

    Well done
