I feel related to this poem. This poem has a clear message and idea. T"here is no place for Eden on Earth's base".

All this life what we are living. Everything that we see around us...this is nothing greater than a fly's wing through God's eyes. You go and search a place to have a rest for your mind... Can you find it? Maybe somewhere for sometime you can find a place to feel peace for a moment... But for longer than that.. there is not.

I like this poem. It is clean and easy to read...

Well-written piece.. I don't have any improving suggestion.

"Where there is calmness of heartstrings
Melodies of birds - joy they bring
A feeling free from poisonous brace
How lovely would be my loneliness!"

I absolutely love this stanza......... just the thought of a place where serenity floats and birds sing............loneliness won't even matter anymore. How wonderfully you proclaim it.Very enticing......And you go spoil it all with your last stanza!!!!Hope is such a beautiful feeling and the mind a bigger fool. Why do we really let uncertainties cloud our minds??A penny for your thoughts :).......all the best.....All in all, again a heart touching poem.

This is an amazing write... very well written.. and very true..

of course is really difficult to se life's "Axenic face"(I really loved the use here)..

"A feeling free from poisonous brace
How lovely would be my loneliness!"

^^ ya i suppose our loneliness wont be that lonely...
beautiful lines specially the last one..

"Yet life exhibits its cruel act
    A Fallen race' dismal facts
A belief of mine lacks the space
No place for Eden on earth's base. "

^^so very true.. very well written.. truly depicting what our world has become today..

    excelent write...
    keep writing...

How lovely would be my loneliness!

I love the imagery and word choices you used in this piece.

In the midst of concrete jungle
    Where dreams live, life tangles
I hunt for a spot with my finesse
Where I can see life's axenic face.

It is hard in this world to find this place to go.

Where there is calmness of heartstrings
Melodies of birds - joy they bring
A feeling free from poisonous brace
How lovely would be my loneliness!

To just be able to go to this place in your mind would be lovely. Sometimes we have to look within ourselves to find this inner peace.

Yet life exhibits its cruel act
    A Fallen race' dismal facts
A belief of mine lacks the space
No place for Eden on earth's base.

This is such a sad end...but holds so much truth.
    Great job!
