Two Beautiful People

For my Nephew Jamie and his Bride Jessica

On their first married morning when they are laying in each others arms,

Let true love be the aftermath of that night shared,

Let them look into each others eyes and realize that nothing can be as good as this,

That magic can be real and with lost hearts understand that freedom is no longer totally carefree,

Let them recognize that they are no longer one and that she or he is apart of he or she,

Let that comprehension not cloud their hearts,

Let their love surround them and draw their hearts together,

Remembering those vows taken,

No matter what obstacles may appear,

Let their love never be shaken,

And let them trust in each other,

Remaining faithful and true as lovers,

Knowing that what they have together can only get better,

As long as they both know that they will never be free,

Life will be as good as they allow it to be.
