I'll never be yours

by Stronger than words can describe   Jul 14, 2008

No matter what i do, no matter what i say,
I'll never be good enough like Ray,
I'm sorry i don't tell you every deep secret of my life,
I'm sorry you don't want to be with your wife,
You don't trust me but its okay because i don't trust you,
the faking, and pretending i love you is over, done, and through,
I'll never turn out to be what you want me to be,
so if you can't except that then I'm sorry but you can't except me.

I have my own opinions, I have my own way,
And no matter how i hard i try I'll never amount to Ray,
You have your golden child, so let me be,
everyones life will be better without me,
yes I'll respect you because I'm in your house,
and yes I'll keep your secrets about you running around on your spouse,
I'll keep my opinions about you to myself,
so you can have it all, by yourself,
your pain, anger, and hate toward me,
all because i refuse to be what you want me to be.

But when i leave i fully plan on telling you my honest thoughts on you,
because weather or not you believe i do have a lot of issues,
and don't think that your the only one with hate because i hate you too,
I have problems you never knew,
because i never mattered,
and now i can happily say my warm heart has shattered,
Now I'm cold as stone,
and it'll last til I'm full grown,
I'll get out of your life,
so you can be happy with your son and your wife.
