When the moment comes...

I feel like such a mistake,
Even with everything that I have,
I feel so empty,
I don't understand how I can't be happy,
The things I have mean so much to me,
But it's just not enough,
Something important is missing,
My incomplete life,
So pathetic and worthless,
Any moment,
It only takes a moment,
For everything to change,
But that moment seems so far away.

    This poem moved me, it's very sad, I've been in this situation before, wondering why I feel so empty when I have the people and things I love around me, but you feel as though you're missing something.
    I loved how you ended it too, it's short and sweet, and I'm glad I read it.
