My. That is an intense poem.
Its sad, but very good.
Well-written and flowed nicely.
Especially liked:

Its just I love you dearly
And after 4 years its hard
To let go of your first
Regardless of his scars...

That last stanza is amazing. I always think the last lines of a poem are important.
And you gave it a great ending.
