My other half

by Sweetdream   Aug 13, 2008

We may often be in opposition,
But like pieces of a puzzle,
Our differences make us fit together.
Your flaws are in balance with mine,
So in harmony our souls can combine,
Like two separated parts of a whole,
My better qualities exacerbate yours,
Wile I teach you of patience and grace,
You will give me courage and strength,
Ours is no miss-match of cruel fates,
It's an idyllic love like stars hung in space,
Without you I am less than what I can be,
Some things only my other half can teach,
We will grow together into a stronger pair,
Now that each of us has our other half there.
