Sundays are fun days...

Mondays are the run days,

Tuesdays are the snooze days,

Wednesdays are the bend days,

Thursdays are the blur days,

Fridays are touch the sky days,

Saturdays are the "it doesn't matter days,"

Yet there is a day that is truly the best,

It's the day you can count on to beat the rest,

This day is at the end of the week,

This day is Sunday it is truly unique,

Its when the full week has hit its peak,

And is about to come to a close it is almost complete,

On this day most people recover,

They can spend this day with their family, their friends and their lover,

And just sit around and rest all day,

Yet on this day I also love to play,

Turn on the television and watch the game,

Turn up the gas on the grill and light the flame,

I Spend the day with the ones I love most,

As I put my arms around my lover and hold her close

And whisper in her ear that I especially love her the most,

And every week on this very same day,

This is where you will find me this is my way,

When the sun starts to set and sink into the sky,

Another week has passed us by,

This day to me is always a fun day,

It's the best day of the week this day is Sunday.
