The girl with dark brown eyes

by Brookie   Aug 20, 2008

Her long caramel hair
Swirls with the cold clear air
Her dark brown eyes
Sit still and clam
Her sunny yellow knee-length dress
Brings joy and happiness
A bold red ribbon
Shouts out what shes concealing
Popping her blue bubble gum
Fixing her silver chain
She looks at the world through her dark brown eyes
And she can tell that they stare
Because through the dark and murky shadows
That worries the most disturbed minds
To the small troubles of money and school
Through the depressed gray webs and lonely darkness
All she can see is a rainbow
