Laugh at me if you want.

by VanityIllusions2   Sep 3, 2008

Laugh at me if you want,
you may think your better than me,
but i am doing what i wanted from life,
& i am the person i wanted to be,

Laugh at me if you want,
because you think your friends are better than mine,
but when your in trouble there no where in sight,
and mine are straight at my side,

Laugh at me if you want,
that i don't earn as much money as you,
but i am doing something i love,
not dragging myself through,

Laugh at me if you want,
that everything just falls in your lap,
that i had to work to be where i am,
because i would rather be like that,

you may think i am a loser,
but i am proud of who i've become,
my friends, my job, my family,
my life is truly better than yours.
